Why plan ahead
After a death, families are often left managing both grief and logistics at the same time — finding accounts, locating documents, understanding final wishes, contacting organisations, closing services, transferring assets, managing belongings and working out who needs to be told.
When those details aren't prepared, the process can become more stressful, more confusing and more emotionally heavy for the people left behind. myTrove Planner helps you reduce that burden before the time comes.
A secure space
Welcome to your myTrove Planner — a private, secure place to keep the information your loved ones may one day need. Record the information needed to efficiently close out your estate, all in one secure location.
Update it whenever things change — a new address, updated will, changed contact person or a new account. When the time comes, the right information can be made available to the right people.
Who it's for
myTrove Planner is for people thinking ahead who want to support a smoother transition for their family, friends, executor or other trusted people. It's not only for those facing immediate end-of-life decisions — it's for anyone who wants their important information organised before it's needed.
How it works
Enter the personal details.
Create a clear list of the organisations, accounts, services and providers connected to your life — banks, insurers, utilities, subscriptions, government services, memberships, advisors and others who may need to be contacted.
Upload important documents in one secure place — your will, enduring powers of attorney, care plans, estate documents, policy documents, account records or other files that may help your family or executor.
Nominate a trusted person who will be granted access to your planner on your death; advise who the executor/s of your estate will be; and name the lawyer who will need to be informed of your passing.
A living document
Life doesn't stay still. Your will may change. Your address may change. You may open or close accounts, update insurance, buy or sell property, change executors, add new organisations or revise what you want to happen.
myTrove Planner is designed to be updated over time. Return whenever you need to, revise your details, add new information or upload new documents — so your planner stays current and useful.
